Julie is just a great person to deal with...period. Our situation was a bit different in that she was representing the buyer (not us) in a facilitated sale by owner. She handled all the details and represented her clients interests where needed and acted with complete impartiality in all other aspects of the sale. Julie has very deep roots in the community and knows the area and market as well as anyone. Now that the sale is over we count her as a friend and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to a buyer or a seller.Bob M.
